Crow’s Nest is a double-matured, finished premium Caribbean rum created from carefully selected aged rums from Jamaica, Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Trinidad. The final stage of maturation took place in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bourbon casks.
Through expert blending, a unique and complex Caribbean rum was created, where notes of toffee, vanilla, sweet spices and fruitcake appear in perfect harmony – delivering an exceptionally smooth and silky tasting experience.
The producer, Angus Dundee PLC., has more than 70 years of experience in blending and, responding to customer demand, has also expanded into rum blending and bottling (Ron Larimar and Crow’s Nest).
Angus Dundee Distillers is an independent Scottish whisky producer that owns two well-known distilleries: Tomintoul and Glencadam Distillery.
