Berry Bros. & Rudd
Berry Bros. & Rudd has operated in London since 1698 and still works from the same address on St. James’s Street, making it the oldest continuously operating wine and spirits merchant in the United Kingdom. Since 1903, the company has held a Royal Warrant, meaning it is an official supplier to the British Royal Household – a rare and prestigious mark of quality.
In the whisky world, BBR is known as an iconic independent bottler. The company does not own a distillery but instead selects exceptional casks from Scotland’s finest distilleries and bottles them in its own style. It focuses on classic, clean whisky profiles, often released as single cask or cask strength expressions. Berry Bros. & Rudd is also associated with the creation of Cutty Sark and with shaping the early vintage concept of The Glenrothes.
Every bottle of Berry Bros. & Rudd represents historical authenticity, understated elegance and a cask-driven philosophy – which is why it remains a true benchmark among whisky enthusiasts today.
