Holyrood lepárló sokak számára ismeretlen, 2019-es alapításuk óta viszont rengeteg remek dologgal álltak elő. A kezdetekben elkészítették a blended maltokat, hogy amíg érik a single maltjuk megmutathassák mire is képesek.
Oloroso sherry hordó érlelt single maltok keveréke. Csokoládés és fűszeres ízjegyekkel tele. Színezék és hűtve szűrés nélkül.
