Két indiai-óceáni rum kifinomult házasítása: az egyik a francia stílusban, tiszta cukornádléből lepárolva, a másik melaszból készült. A két párlat a hagyományos Pot Still és a Column Still lepárlási módszer ötvözésével született. Az ital 5–12 év közötti érlelést kapott amerikai tölgyfahordókban, majd ruby vintage portói hordókban fejezték be érlelését. Az eredmény egy elegáns, érett és gazdag karakterű rum.
