Holyrood Distillery
A modern craft distillery in the historic centre of Edinburgh, bringing new life to the city’s long whisky traditions. They produce their own single malt whisky, gin and rum, all in small batches, crafted by hand and with an experimental spirit. Holyrood Distillery aims to combine traditional Scottish distilling with modern flavours and a creative approach.
